Breakfast
was served by D. M. Rawlins starting with fresh juice, a fresh fruit cup with yogurt
and whipped cream,
a tomato Provencal stuffed with brie, bread crumbs and
home gardened herbs, a cheese bread - shirred egg in
a basket, then a sweet cream buttered croissant ala ham and
cheese. Along with these were banana-orange-brandied bread
and the "house" Merlot Tea, iced or hot, and gourmet coffee.
The commentator said the
cuisine was unique and delicious!

spirits with juice
- Porcupine croissants with meat
and cheeses
