We offer a Chef's Candlelight Breakfast.

Breakfast was served by D. M. Rawlins
starting with fresh juice, a fresh fruit cup
with yogurt and whipped cream,
a tomato Provencal stuffed with brie, bread
crumbs and home gardened herbs, a cheese bread - shirred egg in
a basket, then a sweet cream buttered croissant ala ham and cheese.
Along with these were banana-orange-brandied bread and the "house"
Merlot Tea, iced or hot, and gourmet coffee.
The commentator said the cuisine was
unique and delicious!

- Fruit and fat-free yogurt cup
- Stuffed poached fruit in spirits with juice
- Porcupine croissants with meat and cheeses
- Confetti eggs and garnish
- Angel in a cloud egg dish with vegetable medley
- Asparagus ala goldenrod en
croute with shirred eggs
- Stuffed French Toast and poached egg
- Homemade banana bread, piquant bread and others
All of the above served on fine china, stem and glassware.
